G&E Auto Glass is a mobile auto glass repair and replacement business serving Sacramento, California and the surrounding areas. This policy covers the website geautoglass.com and the quote requests submitted through it.

Information you give us. When you submit a quote or contact form, we collect the information in that form:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address, if you choose to provide one
• Your vehicle year, make, and model
• The service you are asking about and any details you describe

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours records basic technical information when you visit — your approximate location, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the site or ad that referred you. This comes from cookies and similar technologies described below.

We do not ask for and do not want payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, or insurance policy numbers through this website. Please do not send them through the form.

• To prepare and send you a quote for auto glass service
• To contact you by phone, text, or email about your request and to schedule an appointment
• To perform the service you book and follow up about it
• To keep records of work performed
• To measure which ads and pages bring in service requests, so we can spend our advertising budget sensibly

We do not use your contact details for unrelated marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

By giving us your phone number on a quote or contact form, you agree that G&E Auto Glass may contact you at that number by phone call or text message about your request, including using automated dialing or texting systems where applicable. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. You can also ask us to stop by calling (916) 495-5961. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We use a small number of third-party services on this site:

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so will not stop you from using the site or submitting a quote request.

Do Not Track. Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common industry standard for responding to it, and this site does not currently respond to it.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with:

• Service providers who operate the site and our email on our behalf, listed in the section above, and only as needed to provide those services
• Glass suppliers or a calibration facility, when sourcing a part or arranging an ADAS recalibration for your specific vehicle requires it
• Your insurance company, only if you ask us to bill a claim or provide documentation
• Law enforcement or other parties where we are legally required to, or where necessary to protect our rights

We keep quote requests and service records for as long as needed to run the business and to meet tax, warranty, and legal recordkeeping obligations — generally several years. You can ask us to delete your information sooner using the contact details below, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

We will not discriminate against you for making a request. We may need to verify who you are before we act on it.

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act, so there is no “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link on this site.

The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we limit access to submitted information to the people who need it to do the work.

This site is meant for adults arranging vehicle service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
